Privacy and Data Protection
The Knowledge Exchange & Enterprise Network (KEEN), is a business improvement programme, which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). It is lead by the University of Wolverhampton and run on behalf of programme partners – Aston University, Birmingham City University, Coventry University and Harper Adams University. The KEEN website is managed on behalf of the KEEN team by the Business Solutions department at the University of Wolverhampton.

Though the policy has been developed to take account of changes in Internet technology it is subject to change and any such changes will be notified on this page. Additionally, in order for the KEEN team to manage your enquiries and/or job applications effectively, your data may be shared with the named programme partners above where
(a) it is deemed more relevant for them to handle your enquiry or
Data will never be shared with third parties outside of the named partners, participating KEEN businesses (where applicable) or ERDF for auditing purposes. What information is collected? We will only request and store information that is required in order to process your enquiry and/or job application. You will have the option to opt out of future email communications at any time and we also honour your right to be forgotten. When you use the KEEN web site your computer automatically accesses a small piece of code on our server (a ‘server side cookie’) which enables the web pages to be displayed correctly. This cookie is not saved on your computer and is only used for the duration of the session. If you are using a web browser set to high security you may experience difficulties using this facility.
