Established in 1976, the company has grown from being a small regional supplier of cleaning products, catering materials and personal protection equipment to become a national provider to the healthcare, education, food processing, facilities management and emergency services sectors. Arrow’s growth is attributable to its commitment to customer service and to having the ability to meet its customer’s needs. Keen to maintain its market focus, Arrow wants to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant (KEEN), with online and offline marketing experience, to help them extend their customer interactions.
With a proven ability to design and develop effective inbound marketing strategies, you will have a good understanding of the digital marketing tree, particularly website development, SEO, social media and email marketing. You will have experience of online copywriting and editing and be able to use a variety of tactics to increase site visibility and improve conversion rates. You will be familiar with e-commerce environments and understand how to increase online sales. You will also be able to use offline mediums to design and develop client-focused strategies that can complement the online activities.
Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, you will be proficient at building and managing profitable B2B relationships using online and offline mediums. You will have the ability to work with different stakeholder groups to influence buying decisions and increase sales. You will also be able to create and deliver high-quality presentations.
To improve the quality of your online and offline strategies, you will be able to gather and analyse market intelligence and use the results to inform future campaigns. You will be able to use your innovative approach and attention to detail to deliver online and offline strategies that can achieve their objectives. Your exceptional organisational and time management skills will allow you to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively. You will also be able to plan and manage a diverse portfolio of marketing activities. You will understand the need to monitor marketing strategies and be able to use the result to increase the returns on investment and to make informed decisions.
